Our Journey so far

Apr'16 Runtime Software came into existence. We registered as a Private Limited company under the Indian Companies Act, 2016.

Nov'16 Hired our first employee.

2017 to 2019 We were at all over the place! We were doing software development, website designing, custom solutions and what not. Only time will tell where we would end up working like this.

Jan'20 Runtime HRMS was launched. It was a leap of faith. We let go of all our custom engagements and took a concious decision to stop being a service provider and become a product company.

Jun'20 Acquired first paying customer. We cannot tell you how encouraging it was!

Dec'20 Introduced Remote Punch. As most of the workforce moved to work from home, Remote Punch proved to be a great way to mark attendance from anywhere.

Dec'21 Introduced Vaccination tracking in Runtime Workman. As people started coming back to office, it became important to track vaccination status. Runtime Workman was at service!

Jan'22 Introduced web portal for employee self-service. Based on popular demand, we introduced web portal for employees, who love large displays!

Apr'23 Introduced Employee KYC for Bank Account, Aadhar and PAN. Using KYC built-in HR Managers could easily verify employee information at click of a button.

Nov'23 Introduced Shift Rostering. As our client base grew and we encountered complex shift rules where employees work in different shifts on day-to-day basis, Shift Roster solved this problem once and for all.

Jan'24 Launched Workman 7! Runtime Workman, our employee self-service app was completely re-written in Flutter. With an appealing UI and a faster response time, Workman 7 provides an amazing user experience.
