Renewals can be done for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year or 3 years. We offer attractive discounts when you pay for 6 months or more.
Yes, you can change number of employees in any time. In case of increasing the employee count, your monthly subscription fee will increase and an invoice for pro-rated amount will be generated. While reducing the employee count, you will not get any refund for subscription fee already paid.
Yes, you can delete existing employee records. First you need to de-activate the record and then delete. Please note that once deleted, all information related to the employee record like historical salary, work profile etc. is lost.
Yes, you can deactivate ex-employees anytime. Deactivating preserves employee data and you can always run reports like Attendance Register, Salary Slips for deactivated employees.
No, deactivated employees will not count towards your employee limit. You can, however, only deactivate employee records upto twice the number of your employee limit. For e.g. if your subscription is for 100 employees, you can have up-to 100 active and 200 inactive employees (total 300), at any given time.
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, net banking and UPI payments. Our payments are powered by RazorPay and Open Money.
Accounts are renewed instantly upon successful online payments. However, in case your account is not renewed instantly, please wait for 4-5 minutes before contacting support. If your account status does not change after 4-5 minutes, raise a support ticket from your account panel. Our team will investigate the issue and confirm your payment. Once payment is confirmed, our team will manually update your account to reflect the changes.
We recommend to pay using online payment facility. This ensures that your subscription is renewed immediately upon successful payment. If you choose to pay offline, you can do so by way of NEFT or IMPS transfer to our bank account. After making a direct transfer to our bank account, send an email to connect[at]runtime[dot]one with your account name, invoice number and payment reference number. Our team will confirm the payment and renew your account within 48 working hours. Our bank account details (Account number, IFSC Code etc.) are printed on each invoice.

Due to dynamics of the services we are dependent on like Cloud hosting, Maps, Notifications, SMS and more, our prices are bound to change. This page lists the latest prices effective as of today.

However, when you signup with us, we do not revise your pricing for up-to 1 year. After one year of service, the pricing in your account may get revised between 5 to 10%. You'll get advance e-mail notification once the automated price revision is going to happen on your account.

You can lock your subscription pricing by paying for a longer duration. We currently offer renewals for up-to 3 years.

For e.g. if you renew your account for 3 years, your pricing will not change till the next renewal.
Yes, we offer on-premise installation of Runtime HRMS. Contact us for details of on-premise installation along-with pricing and technical requirements to be met for Runtime HRMS to work on your servers.
