Pricing FAQs
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, net banking and UPI payments. Our payments are powered by RazorPay and Cashfree payment gateways.
What are the renewal durations?
Renewals can be done for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year or 3 years. We offer attractive discounts when you pay for 1 year or more.
What if my employee count increases?
You can increase number of employees in your subscription at anytime. When you do so, your subscription fee will increase and an invoice for pro-rated amount will be generated.
What if my employee count decreases?
While reducing the employee count, you will not get any refund for subscription fee already paid. We recommend you to reduce your employee limit before the next renewal due date.
Can I deactivate employee records?
Yes, you can deactivate employee records who have left your organization. Deactivating preserves employee data and you can view historic data for those employees.
Can I delete old employee records?
Yes, you can delete any employee record. Please note that once deleted, all information related to the employee is lost.
How are deactivated records billed?
Deactivated employees will not count towards your employee limit. You can, however, only deactivate employee records upto twice the number of your employees in your account. For e.g. if your subscription is for 100 employees, you can have up-to 100 active and 200 inactive employees (total 300), at any given time.
Can I pay offline?
We recommend to pay using online payment facility. This ensures that your subscription is renewed instantly upon successful payment. Offline payments can be made using NEFT/IMPS and are processed within 48 working hours.
Can my price increase in future?
We do not revise your pricing for up-to 1 year after you signup. After one year, the pricing in your account may get revised. You'll get advance e-mail notification once the automated price revision is going to happen on your account.
Do you offer private installations?
Yes, we offer private cloud/server installation of Runtime HRMS. Contact us for details of private installation along-with pricing and technical requirements for Runtime HRMS.
No Maintenance
Your software remains up-to-date as long as you are subscribed, without any maintenance fee.
