How does Runtime HRMS work?
Runtime HRMS is a cloud based software that comes with a subscription fee. You can access Runtime HRMS anytime, anywhere, using a modern browser like Chrome or Edge.
How does the billing work?
Runtime HRMS is offered on SaaS (Software-As-A-Service) model. In this model, you need to pay a monthly subscription fee to keep using the software. Your monthly charge is calculated based on the number of employees in your organization and the plan/features selected.
Is my employee data secure and hosted in India?
Yes, your data is stored in Indian datacenters. We utilize AWS, Google and Azure cloud infra for various functions of the solution. These providers offer best-in-class security features to keep your data secure.
What is the minimum number of employees in a subscription?
You can start using Runtime HRMS for any number of employees. The minimum employee count for billing purposes is 10. So if you have less than 10 employees, you still need to pay for minimum 10 employees.
Do you provide onboarding support?
Yes, we provide 1 FREE onboarding session to help you setup Runtime HRMS and give you basic training to get started. All sessions are recorded and you can access the recordings from the HR Portal.
What if I need support after onboarding?
We offer FREE support via Chat (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM). You can also email us or raise a support ticket to get your issues resolved. If you need detailed assistance with any feature, you can book 1 FREE session per month.
Can I integrate my existing Biometric machine with Runtime HRMS?
Yes, we support biometric integration with popular manufacturers like eSSL, Realtime etc. The main requirement of integration is that the biometric database should be stored locally on one of your PCs (we do not support cloud biometrics at this time).
What other integrations are available?
We offer out-of-box integrations with Microsoft Entra ID (for user sync), SpringVerify (for background checks), Zwitch (for salary payments), SMTP, Gmail and Microsoft Email (for email integration). Visit our integrations page to know more.
