Pricing FAQs

Renewals can be done for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year or 3 years. We offer attractive discounts when you pay for 6 months or more.
Yes, you can change number of employees in any time. In case of increasing the employee count, your monthly subscription fee will increase and an invoice for pro-rated amount will be generated. While reducing the employee count, you will not get any refund for subscription fee already paid.
Yes, you can delete existing employee records. First you need to de-activate the record and then delete. Please note that once deleted, all information related to the employee record like historical salary, work profile etc. is lost.
Yes, you can deactivate ex-employees to show only active employees.
No, deactivated employees will not count towards your employee limit. You can, however, only deactivate employee records upto twice the number of your employee limit.
