What is the Partner Program?
The Runtime HRMS Partner Program is designed for Payroll Consultants, HR Professionals, CA Firms, and Business Advisors who wish to recommend Runtime HRMS to their clients. As a partner, you can earn recurring commissions on successful customer referrals while helping businesses streamline their HR and payroll operations.
How does it work?
Simply refer businesses that could benefit from Runtime HRMS. Our team handles product demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, and customer support. Once your referred client becomes a paying customer, you start earning commissions based on the partnership commission structure.
How to register as a Partner?
Joining the program is simple and free. Login to your account at https://account.runtime.one. Complete the partner registration form with your professional details, and our team will review your application. Once approved, you will receive access to your partner account and referral tools.
Referring Clients
Partners can submit referral details through the account portal by going to Referrals page. Our sales team will connect with the prospect, provide product demonstrations, and guide them through the evaluation process. You can track the status of your referrals and earnings from your partner dashboard.
Calculation of Earnings
Partner commissions are calculated as a percentage of the subscription amount paid by customers referred by you. Commissions are credited based on successful conversions and renewals, in accordance with the applicable commission structure and program terms. Payouts to Partners
Approved commissions are processed periodically and transferred directly to the partner’s registered bank account. Partners can view their earnings, payment history, and upcoming payouts through the partner portal for complete transparency.
Terms & Conditions of Partnership Program
The Partner Program operates under a set of guidelines that define eligibility, referral qualification criteria, commission calculations, payout schedules, and partner responsibilities. All partners are required to review and accept the program terms and conditions before participating.
General Terms & Conditions
- Referral Ownership
A referred prospect will be considered valid only if the same organization has not been referred by another partner within the preceding 30 days. In case of multiple referrals for the same prospect, credit will be assigned to the earliest valid referral. - New Customer Requirement
Referral commissions are payable only for new customers who are not existing customers of Runtime HRMS and are not already engaged in an active sales process with our team. - Commission Eligibility
Commissions become eligible for payout only after the referred customer has completed 30 days of paid subscription service and all payments have been successfully received. - Commission Calculation
Commissions shall be calculated on the actual subscription amount collected from the customer, excluding applicable taxes, refunds, credits, and promotional adjustments. - Payout Schedule
Eligible commissions accrued during a calendar month will be processed and paid on or before the 7th day of the following month. - Program Changes
Runtime Software reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program, including commission structures and incentive schemes, at any time. Any such changes will not affect commissions already accrued and approved. - Fraudulent or Misleading Referrals
Runtime Software reserves the right to reject referrals and withhold commissions in cases involving fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, misrepresentation, or any violation of the Partner Program policies.
Runtime Software reserves the sole right to determine pricing, discounts, commercial terms, and acceptance or rejection of any referred prospect. Submission of a referral does not guarantee customer conversion or commission eligibility.
