Introduction

When you use our mobile application Runtime Workman on an Android or an iOS phone, we collect certain data from your device to enable app functionality. Some data is explicitly uploaded/shared by you while using the app features while some data is collected automatically.

This Policy describes the procedure to request deletion of data stored by us while using the Runtime Workman mobile app.

Data Deletion Procedure

To request deletion of your data stored by us, please follow the below procedure:

  • Locate your identifier: We need to identify your user account in order to delete your data. Before you delete or uninstall the application, open the app, and go to Menu > Settings > Troubleshooting. Take a note of the Firebase User Id mentioned on this page. You can take a screenshot of this page.
  • Contact Us: Send a request from your registered e-mail address to [email protected]. In the subject of the mail, mention: "Workman Data Deletion Request".
  • It may take up-to 7 days to process your request. We'll confirm the data deletion by replying to your mail. In case we are unable to locate your account or need any additional information, we may reach out to you during this 7-day period.
