More Features, Same Price

Runtime HRMS now comes with even more features at same price.

In August 2023, we rolled out new pricing structure that gives our subscribers even more features at their current pricing.

In this blog, we’ll discuss about these changes and how they will impact you, for good.

Runtime HRMS Old Plans

Till July 2023, Runtime HRMS was offered under two base plans as follows:

1. Basic Plan
2. Professional Plan

Basic Plan included features like Employee Management, Attendance Management, Payroll, Compliances and Reporting. There were certain features within the above modules which were only available in Professional Plan (for e.g. Income Tax in Compliances).

Professional Plan included all features of Basic Plan as well as HR Management features like HR Letter automation, HR Policy publication. It also included Income Tax Compliance, ESS Web Portal and Travel Tracking.

Runtime HRMS New Plan – Aug 2023

In August 2023, we revised our pricing structure to make it more flexible for all types of subscribers.

Instead of having two base plans as before, we switched to a single plan – Runtime HRMS Suite. This plan has all features of Basic Plan and some of the features from Professional Plan. Other features from Professional Plan, which are not included in this new plan, are now available as Addons.

There is no change in pricing or features for existing subscribers. Depending on the current plan, all subscribers have access to all the features in their current plan plus some more.

If you were a Basic Plan Subscriber, you’ll get the following additional features at no extra cost:

1. Employee Self-Onboarding
2. Claim Reimbursement
3. Income Tax Compliances
4. Helpdesk
5. Workflows
6. HR Notifications
7. Asset Management
8. Action Center (Coming Soon)
9. Additional features you can subscribe via Addons:
   • Travel Tracking
   • ESS Portal

If you were a Professional Plan Subscriber, you’ll get the following additional features at no extra cost:

1. Asset Management
2. Action Center (Coming Soon)

Reason for Change

The above change was made in light of the feedback received from our customers. For e.g. if Basic plan subscribers wants just travel tracking, they have to upgrade to Professional Plan and pay the revised pricing, while they only needed one more feature. The new pricing structure focusses more on providing functionalities by way of Addons rather than bundled plans.
